My first time making the crème brûlée

Aku suka sangat makan crème brûlée ni.  Dah macam addicted.  Kat sini it costs about €5.50 satu and ada setengah tempat €6.50.  So, aku googled camana nak buat crème brûlée ni.   Aku suka tengok cara-cara nak buat dessert or apapun ni kat JoyofBaking.com

Rupanya senang je nak buat crème brûlée ni.  Ingatkan susah sangat.  Hehe

Lepas ni rasa nak makan buat sendiri jek.  Save sikit duit aku..yezzzaaa

Ramekins and torch yang aku pakai kat umah ni dah lama aku beli.  Beli kat TkMaxx je murah.

Lepas ni, nak kena ada mixer (my wishlist brand KitchenAid in yellow/mustang hehe).  Baru semangat nak buat segala macam kek...mana tau boleh jadi usahawan berjaya kelak (cita-cita kena tinggi! denggggg)

Weekend Getaway

Last few weeks, mengambil kesempatan ke Waterford, last minute plan so ala-ala weekend getaway lah gitu.  I was staying at Clift House Hotel.  Pergh, sangat cantik hotel ni! Nampak macam kecik tapi terbaik ok.  Bersebelahan dengan Irish Sea, the services and facilities tip top.  Berjacuzzi kat luar hotel, dalam air panas tapi cuaca sejuk...so terbaik ar...the food was really good.  Kira bestlah! 

Kunci sikit punya berat...tak boleh berat lagi? hehe


Sapa yang nak berspa, can spa outside the hotel as well.

oh tenang sikit jiwa yang kacau ahakkksss...kacau ke jiwa? 
dok eh..saja je hehe
